Join us for 2 hour workshop at Great Falls Park in Virginia. We’ll visit four different overlooks, each with a distinct style and feel! We’ll cover long exposures, composition, and the thought process behind shooting a dynamic scene.

Camera + Lens (Digital or Film)
Tripod
Variable ND Filter (Optional- but highly recommended if you want long exposures of the water.)

The Photo Workshop does not include the price of admission to Great Falls Park, which is $20 per vehicle.

You can bring whatever type of gear you own- even if it’s just a phone! Depending on how advanced you want to get, you can also bring a tripod, multiple lenses, and ND filters.
Since every location is different, check the description for my list of recommended gear for specific locations.

Workshops are designed to help anyone that wants to learn photography and editing! You could be brand new to photography, or a seasoned pro and there will be something to learn.

The Group Photography Workshops last about three hours, from start to finish. The Zoom Editing Workshops, last about two hours.

I set the limit at five photographers to ensure you can get time for personal questions and feedback.

Every Workshop’s meeting location is different, but it will be fairly close to the shoot location. After signing up, I’ll provide you with specific details about where to meet.

You’ll need a subscription to Adobe’s Photography Plan- which includes Bridge, Lightroom, and Photoshop. It is currently priced at $9.99 per month.
In addition, you’ll need either Zoom or Skype to facilitate the call. Webcams are optional, but you’ll need a microphone.

You’ll be given a private link to join the community after you attend a Workshop.
