I was particularly excited about today's shoot, because I've never ridden an ATV before. Ever. Today we got to shoot in the sand dunes of Los Arenales Primo Tapia.

We did it, folks. We're officially in Mexico. And oh did we do it up for our first official shoot. Today's adventure was at La Bufadora.

I'm going to start of this post by saying I wasn't exactly feeling today's shoot. Such is the case sometimes, but I shoot anyway. Today's location was Balboa Park, in San Diego.

Ah yes, my last photoshoot in America for the next six months. Let's go, baby! On today's menu was a tasty place called Scripps Pier in San Diego.

La JOLLA. God I love saying that word. We went to the Tide Pools of La Jolla today.

I don't even know what to say about this shoot. It happened so fast. This shot was taken at Alpine Vista in California.

We did the dirty today, folks. Slab Fucking City.

Hands down, some of the most brutal shooting conditions I've been in awhile. NOVEL shooting conditions that is- we were at Bombay Beach at the Salton Sea.

My 400th adventure. Damn. That's an achievement. And it was at a place called Jumbo Rocks. How cheeky.

Finally got my shit together in the desert. I think I needed a day to transition into the harsh climate- been on too many beach and waterfall excursions. Today's shoot was at Arch Rock in Joshua Tree.

I had a lot of things in mind for the Cholla Cactus Garden, and almost none of that came into fruition.

This was an impulse shoot folks. We'd just finished up shooting Griffith Park, and I was browsing nearby locations on my phone and found Urban Lights.

WHEW! My first lighting shot ever. Fuck to the hell yah. And it all happened in the Hollywood Hills at Griffith Park.

This under-rated spot in Santa Barbara straight up DELIVERED. I'm still not sure why's called Lizard's Mouth though, it doesn't look like one at all.

This shoot at Smuggler's Cave was a perfect example of everything going wrong. But somehow I came out with something somewhat redeemable.

Heh, today's shoot got a little complicated. BUT- I figured out a new Photoshop technique that I'm excited to share. And this alllllll took place on Pfeiffer Beach in California.

Now THIS was an easy shot. Oh my god. Probably one of my easiest in a LONG time... Today we took photos at Bixby Bridge.

This whole shoot at Point Lobos was basically a bird mania shoot, which wasn't what I was expecting at all. What I was EXPECTING was a lush, vibrant cove with bright blue water type of shoot.

One of the most epic places to take photos in all of San Francisco is Alcatraz Island. But only if you come at the right time...

I honestly have no idea what hit me today. When I got to the top of Sentinel Dome to shoot, I just about lost my mind with creativity. It was an endless fountain.
